A serene two-bedroom base at the foot of the mountains, with forest trails behind and southwest-facing views in front.
The centre of the apartment is a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Double doors frame the mountain view and open to the private terrace and garden; inside, a Swedish fireplace anchors the room.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full hob, oven, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer and automatic whole-bean coffee machine. The dining table seats six, while a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker cover quieter evenings.
The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, built-in wardrobes and a forest outlook. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and built-in storage. A compact bathroom includes twin basins and a shower over the bath.
Traditional Grischa-style furniture gives the home a local identity. Families and dogs are welcome, and a cot is available. The apartment is private and peaceful at the end of the road, with hiking, biking and snowshoe trails immediately behind it. With sufficient snow, good skiers can return on skis.

The ski bus stop for route 122 is around 200 metres downhill and runs to the main gondola at Murschetg. PostAuto routes 81 and 411 connect Laax with Chur, Falera, Flims, Sagogn, Fidaz and Bargis.
